Causes

Broken wire in the SRS harness
Oxidation of contacts in the pretensioner connector
Pretensioner squib malfunction
Damage to the wiring harness after an accident
SRS control unit defective

How to Fix

Carry out diagnostics using the SRS scanner
Check pretensioner chain resistance
Visually inspect the wiring harness and connectors
