Causes
- Damage to the wiring harness to the ERU position sensor
- Oxidation or poor contact of connectors
- Steering motor position sensor malfunction
- Short circuit in the sensor circuit
- Problems in the steering control unit (EPS)

- Clean connector contacts and check connections
