Causes

Open or short circuit in solenoid circuit
Engine cut-off solenoid malfunction
Relay or fuse problems
ECU malfunction

How to Fix

Check the integrity of the wiring harness to the solenoid
Check the solenoid resistance (compare with the nominal value)
Check power and ground in solenoid circuit
If necessary, replace the solenoid
Reset the error and check if it returns
