Causes
- Wear or failure of the throttle position sensor

How to Fix
- Read all error codes and check for A-channel codes (P0120)
- Check the supply voltage and ground of the sensor
- Measure the output voltage of channel B at different pedal positions
- Check the wiring harness for opens and shorts
- Clean the sensor connector
- If necessary, replace the throttle position sensor or accelerator pedal
