Valve control wire short to ground

How to Fix

Read and record error codes
Check the supply voltage and control signal at the valve connector
Check the wiring harness for opens and shorts
Measure the resistance of the bypass valve winding
Clean the connector and check the contacts
If necessary, replace the intercooler bypass valve
