Causes

Turbine control solenoid malfunction
Wastegate jammed
Leaks in boost pipes
Mechanical damage to the turbocharger
Errors in ECU software
Contamination or coking of the crankcase ventilation system

How to Fix

Check the integrity of the pipes and intercooler for leaks
Check the functionality of the bypass valve
