How to Fix
- Read codes and record injector adaptation data
- Carry out ultrasonic cleaning of the injector of cylinder 3
- Check the fuel pressure in the rail
- Check the fuel condition and replace the filter
- After cleaning, reset adaptation and re-learn
- If the code occurs again, replace the injector of cylinder 3
