Causes
- Faulty or clogged injector of the 4th cylinder

How to Fix
- Read error codes with a scanner, record engine operating parameters
- Inspect the 4th cylinder injector connector for damage and oxidation.
- Measure the resistance of the injector winding (standard: 10–18 Ohms)
- Check the wiring chain from the injector to the computer for open circuit and short circuit.
- Clean the injector or replace it
- Check the pressure in the fuel rail
