Error P0485 on JAC все модели

Symptoms

• Check Engine Light Is On
• The fan doesn't work at all
• Engine overheating in traffic jams and under high load
• Air conditioner performance deterioration
• Coolant temperature is higher than normal

Causes

• Broken fan power cable
• Poor contact or broken ground wire (ground)
• Oxidized ground terminals on the body or engine
• Faulty fan power relay
• Blown fan power circuit fuse
• Oxidation of the fan motor connector
• Damage to wiring due to temperature or vibration

How to Fix

1. Check the fan power circuit fuses according to the car diagram
2. Check the fan relay - replace it with a similar one to check
3. Measure the supply voltage at the fan connector (should be ~12V when commanded to turn on)
4. Check the grounding: measure the resistance between the minus of the fan connector and the body (should be <0.5 Ohm)
5. Inspect the attachment points of the mass wires - clean them from rust and oxidation
6. Check the fan motor by applying power directly from the battery
7. Repair damaged wiring or replace connector
8. Reset codes after repair
