Causes

• Oxidation of the sensor connector

How to Fix

1. Read error codes and capture freeze frame data
2. Find the EGR temperature sensor D according to the car diagram
3. Check the voltage at the sensor connector with the engine running and stopped.
4. Check the sensor resistance and compare with the table of standard values
5. Inspect wiring for damage and overheating
6. Check the condition of the EGR cooler
7. Replace the sensor if the parameters do not match
8. Reset the error and check the system
