Error P0587 on JAC все модели

Symptoms

• Cruise control does not maintain set speed
• Spontaneous shutdown of cruise control while driving
• Check Engine Light Illuminates
• The speed is reduced immediately after setting the cruise control

Causes

• Short circuit of the ventilation valve winding to ground
• Broken wire in the valve control circuit
• Malfunction (winding break) of the servo drive ventilation valve
• Oxidation or damage to the valve connector
• Valve control ECU output stage malfunction

How to Fix

1. Find the location of the cruise control servo ventilation valve according to the diagram
2. Measure the resistance of the valve winding (the norm is usually 20–60 Ohms)
3. Check the control circuit wires for open circuit and short to ground.
4. Check the presence of a control signal from the computer when activating cruise control
5. If the valve is faulty, replace the ventilation valve or servo drive unit
6. Reset the error and test the operation of the cruise control
