Causes
- Oxidation or poor contact in the pump relay connector
- Partial wire break in the control circuit
- Discharged battery - voltage drop when starting
- High resistance in the ECU ground circuit
- Weak output transistor for pump control in the ECU
How to Fix
- Check and charge the battery
- Clean fuel pump relay contacts
- Check the resistance of the pump control circuit wire
- Measure the voltage drop at each section of the circuit
- Check ECU grounding
- If external circuits are in good working order - ECU diagnostics

Чем P0628 отличается от P0627?
P0627 — обрыв цепи (нет тока вообще). P0628 — низкое напряжение (ток есть, но напряжение ниже нормы). При P0628 насос может работать нестабильно, при P0627 — не работает совсем.
Может ли P0628 появиться после замены реле?
Если реле заменено, но провода имеют плохой контакт или высокое сопротивление, код может вернуться. Проверьте пайку разъёма и сопротивление проводов.
