Causes
- Break in the power supply wire of circuit A of the actuators
- Blown actuator power supply fuse

- Check the actuator power supply fuses
- Check the actuator power relay
- Measure the voltage at the output of circuit A with the ignition on.
- Inspect the wiring harness for breaks or damage
- Repair power supply or replace relay/fuse
