- The glow plug indicator is on
Causes
- Burnt out glow plug cylinder 10
- Broken power wire
- Oxidation or damage to the connector
- GPCM module malfunction
- Wiring damage
How to Fix
- Read OBD-II codes and capture data
- Measure the resistance of the glow plug of cylinder 10 (standard: 0.5–2 Ohm)
- Inspect the wiring and spark plug connector
- Check supply voltage
- Replace a faulty glow plug
- If the error occurs again - GPCM diagnostics
