Symptoms

- Incorrect reagent dosage
- Possible power limitation or start blocking in the event of a prolonged fault

Causes
- Temperature sensor internal short circuit
- Damage to the internal wiring of the SCR module
- Moisture ingress into the control module housing
- Physical damage to the module
- Sensor manufacturing defect
How to Fix
- Make sure the code is correct - exclude external causes
- Check power and grounding of the SCR control module
- Inspect the module housing for signs of mechanical damage or moisture ingress
- If an internal sensor fault is confirmed, replace the SCR module
- Make sure the new module is programmed correctly
- Test the AdBlue system after replacement
