Causes

• Open or short circuit in the support control circuit
• Active mount solenoid valve malfunction
• Problems with the engine control unit
• Mechanical damage to the active support
• Corrosion of electrical contacts

How to Fix

1. Check the integrity of the wiring harness to the engine mount
2. Measure the resistance of the support solenoid valve
3. Check the voltage at the support connector
4. Scan the control unit for other errors
5. If necessary, replace the active engine mount
