Causes

• Motor position sensor B fault
• Open or short circuit in the sensor circuit
• Poor contact in connectors
• Malfunction of the hybrid control module (HCU)
• Circuit Grounding Problems

How to Fix

1. Check the continuity of the position sensor circuit
2. Inspect connectors and contacts for corrosion
3. Check the resistance of the position sensor
4. Scan the system for other errors
5. If necessary, replace motor position sensor B
