Causes

  • Open or short circuit in the contactor control circuit
  • Poor connection or corrosion in connectors
  • The positive contactor itself is faulty
  • Control circuit power supply problems
  • Power electronics control module malfunction

How to Fix

  1. Check the integrity of the wiring and connectors in the control circuit
  2. Check control circuit supply voltage
  3. Check the resistance of the contactor winding
  4. Check the operation of the contactor when a control signal is applied
  5. If necessary, replace the faulty contactor
  6. Repair only from an authorized dealer
