Symptoms

Causes

• Voltage sensor fault Y
• Open or short circuit in the sensor circuit
• Poor contact in sensor circuit connectors
• Corroded contacts or damaged wiring
• Battery management module (BMS) malfunction

How to Fix

1. Check the continuity of the Y voltage sensor circuit
2. Inspect and clean connector contacts
3. Check the resistance and signal of the voltage sensor
4. Replace the faulty voltage sensor if necessary
5. Check and replace the Battery Management Module (BMS) if necessary.
