Causes

  • One or more voltage sensors are faulty
  • Damage to wiring or sensor connectors
  • Corrosion of contacts in the battery module
  • Problems with the Battery Management Module (BMS)
  • Internal damage to the battery module

How to Fix

  1. Diagnose the battery system using a scanner
  2. Check the integrity of the wiring and connectors of the voltage sensors
  3. Test and, if necessary, replace faulty voltage sensors
  4. Check and clean the contacts in the battery module
  5. Replace the Battery Management Module (BMS) if necessary.
