Causes
- One or more voltage sensors are faulty

- Corrosion of contacts in the battery module
- Problems with the Battery Management Module (BMS)
- Internal damage to the battery module
How to Fix
- Diagnose the battery system using a scanner
- Check the integrity of the wiring and connectors of the voltage sensors
- Test and, if necessary, replace faulty voltage sensors
- Check and clean the contacts in the battery module
- Replace the Battery Management Module (BMS) if necessary.
