Causes
- Malfunction of the fuel injector of cylinder No. 2

How to Fix
- Check the resistance of the fuel injector of cylinder No. 2
- Inspect the injector wiring and connectors for damage.
- Check the integrity of the control circuit from the computer to the injector
- If necessary, replace the fuel injector or repair the wiring
- If the problem persists, check the ECU output signals.
