Causes
- Faulty automatic shutdown relay (ASD)
- Open or short circuit in the ASD relay circuit
- Problems with the wiring harness or connectors
- Powertrain control module (PCM) malfunction
- Poor grounding in the relay circuit
How to Fix
- Check the condition of the ASD relay and replace if necessary
- Check the integrity of the power supply and relay control circuits
