Causes
- Purge solenoid valve malfunction

- Wiring harness damage

How to Fix
- Check the integrity of the valve control circuit
- Check valve resistance (usually 20-30 ohms)
- Inspect the wiring harness for damage
- Check connectors for corrosion and tight connections
- If necessary, replace the purge valve
