Causes
- Reverse solenoid valve malfunction

How to Fix
- Check the level and condition of the transmission fluid
- Diagnose the solenoid control circuit
- Check the resistance of the solenoid valve
- If necessary, replace the solenoid valve
- Reflash or replace the transmission control unit if necessary
