Causes

  • Coolant temperature sensor 2 malfunction
  • Open or short circuit in the sensor circuit
  • Poor contact in the sensor connector
  • Low coolant level
  • Air locks in the cooling system

How to Fix

  1. Check coolant level and repair leaks
  2. Check the integrity of the sensor wiring and connectors
