Causes

  • Faulty ignition coil
  • Damaged high voltage wires
  • Worn or faulty spark plug
  • Poor contact in coil connectors
  • Malfunction of the engine control unit (rare)

How to Fix

  1. Check the condition of the spark plug in cylinder F
  2. Inspect high voltage wires for damage
  3. Check the resistance of the secondary winding of the ignition coil
  4. Replace the faulty ignition coil if necessary
  5. Check connections and connectors of the ignition coil
