Causes

  • Poor contact in the ECU power connectors
  • Broken or damaged wires in the power circuit
  • Faulty ECU power relay
  • Corrosion of contacts in the power supply circuit
  • Battery or alternator problems

How to Fix

  1. Check the ECU power connections and connectors
  2. Inspect the wiring harness for damage
  3. Check the ECU power relay
  4. Check battery and generator voltage
  5. Clean the contacts in the power circuit
