Causes

Pressure solenoid D fault
Open or short circuit in solenoid circuit
Poor contact in solenoid connector
Low or contaminated transmission fluid
Transmission control module (TCM) problems

How to Fix

Check the level and condition of the transmission fluid
Check the solenoid circuit for open and short circuit.
Check solenoid connectors and connections
Test resistance of pressure solenoid D
If necessary, replace pressure solenoid D
