Symptoms

• Increased emissions of harmful substances
• Reduced engine power

Causes

• Crystallization of urea in the reductant system
• Reductant filter is dirty or clogged
• Reductant supply pump malfunction
• Mechanical damage or kinking of supply tubes
• Sticky or faulty SCR valves

How to Fix

1. Visual inspection of the reductant system for damage
2. Checking and cleaning the reductant injection nozzle
3. Replacing the reductant filter if necessary
4. Diagnostics and replacement of the reductant pump in case of malfunction
5. Flushing the reductant system to remove urea crystals
