Symptoms

• Seat adjustment does not work D
• Seat heating or ventilation does not function D
• Check Engine Light or Other Warning Light Is On
• Error U0272 is stored in the ECU memory
• Possible malfunctions of other comfort systems

Causes

• Open or short circuit in the module power supply circuit
• Damage to wiring harness to seat module D
• Seat control module D malfunction
• Connector problems or contact corrosion
• CAN bus malfunctions

How to Fix

1. Check fuses associated with the comfort system
2. Inspect seat module wiring harness and connectors D
3. Check power and ground on the module
4. Scan the CAN bus for errors
5. Replace seat control module D if necessary
