Symptoms

• The window regulator on the rear right door does not work
• Intermittent operation of the window regulator
• The electrical fault indicator lights up
• The error is stored in memory after reset

Causes

• Window motor malfunction
• Open or short circuit in the communication circuit
• Poor contact in motor connector
• Body Control Module (BCM) Problems
• Corrosion of contacts in door wiring

How to Fix

1. Check the power and ground of the window lift motor
2. Inspect the connectors and wiring in the door
3. Scan the body control module for other errors
4. Check the resistance of the motor windings
5. If necessary, replace the window motor
