Symptoms

• The ABS/ESP lamp on the dashboard is on
• Reduced braking performance
• Disabling the stabilization system
• Incorrect ABS operation

Causes

• Brake pressure sensor fault B
• Open or short circuit in wiring harness
• Oxidation or damage to the sensor connector
• Problems with the ABS/ESP module

How to Fix

1. Carry out diagnostics of the ABS/ESP system with a scanner
2. Check the wiring harness and sensor connector for damage.
3. Measure the resistance and voltage of the sensor
4. If necessary, replace brake pressure sensor B
5. Clear error codes and check system operation
