Symptoms

Causes

  • Actuator Position Sensor B Malfunction
  • Problems with the wiring harness to the sensor
  • Open or short circuit in the sensor circuit
  • Mechanical fault of the differential actuator
  • Problems with the four-wheel drive control unit

How to Fix

  1. Diagnose the all-wheel drive system using an OBD-II scanner
  2. Check the integrity of the wiring harness to the sensor
  3. Check the operation of the position sensor
