Causes

How to Fix
- Read codes and check adaptation data of all injectors
- Carry out ultrasonic cleaning of the injector of cylinder 8
- Replace the fuel filter and check the fuel quality
- Check the pressure in the fuel rail
- Reset ECU adaptation and relearn injectors
- If the code appears again, replace the injector of cylinder 8
