Causes

How to Fix
- Read error codes and check on-board power supply parameters (battery voltage)
- Inspect the connector and wiring of the actuator for damage and short circuits to the body
- Measure the voltage of the control circuit when the command is active and compare with the norm
- Check that the control wire is not shorted to ground using a multimeter
- Measure the insulation resistance of the actuator wiring relative to the body
