1. Check the serviceability of bank 2 O2 sensors and their wiring
2. Compare O2 readings of bank 1 and bank 2 on the scanner in real time
3. Verify that there are no external causes for abnormal bank 2 O2 readings
4. Check the power and ground of the ECU
5. ECU diagnostics using specialized equipment
6. If confirmed, repair or replacement of the ECU
