Causes
- Short circuit of the control wire to the power wire (+12 V)

- Incorrect wire connection after repair
- ECU output stage malfunction (bank 2 control)
- Contact of the wire with hot parts of the engine, leading to melting of the insulation
How to Fix
- Check the voltage at the control contact of bank 2 solenoid with the ignition off
- Check the control wire for a short to positive when the connector is disconnected
- Inspect bank 2 wiring harness for insulation damage
- Check the output stage of the ECU if the external wiring is in good condition
- Restore insulation or replace damaged wire
