Causes

Burnt out glow plug cylinder 4
Broken or damaged power cord
Oxidation or poor contact in the connector
GPCM module malfunction
Damage to the wiring in the power circuit

How to Fix

Read OBD-II error codes
Measure the resistance of the glow plug of cylinder 4 (standard: 0.5–2 Ohm)
Inspect the wiring and spark plug connector
Check the voltage at the spark plug terminal
Replace a faulty glow plug
If the error occurs again - diagnostics of the GPCM module
