Symptoms
- Check Engine Light
- Multiple sensor error codes
- Unstable engine operation
- Low readings from group C sensors
- Switching to emergency engine operation mode
Causes
- Partial short circuit to ground in one of the sensors of group C
- Damage to voltage reference circuit wiring C
- Sensor malfunction with internal ground leakage
- Oxidation or damage to connectors
- Internal ECU malfunction (weak reference voltage)
How to Fix
- Read all OBD-II codes and record the complete list
- Identify all sensors connected to circuit C according to the electrical diagram
- Measure the voltage on reference line C (normal: 5V)
- Turn off group C sensors one by one and monitor voltage restoration
- Find and replace a faulty sensor or repair damaged wiring
- If all sensors are working properly, diagnostics and replacement of the ECU
