Causes

  • Throttle position sensor G malfunction
  • Open or short circuit in the sensor circuit

How to Fix

  1. Check the integrity of the wiring and connectors of the sensor
  2. Measure resistance and voltage at the sensor
  3. Clean the contacts of the sensor connector
  4. Replace throttle position sensor G if necessary
  5. Check and, if necessary, reflash the ECU
