Causes
- Open or short circuit in the CAN bus
- Damage to the information center wiring harness
- Malfunction of the information center itself
- Module power problems
- Corrosion or poor contact in connectors
How to Fix
- Check the integrity of the CAN bus and wiring harnesses
- Inspect connectors for corrosion or damage
- Check the fuses and power supply of the information center
- Scan the system for additional trouble codes
- If necessary, replace the information center
- Repair only from an authorized dealer
