Causes
- Short circuit in oxygen sensor heater wiring

How to Fix
- Connect a diagnostic scanner and read all error codes
- Check the voltage in the oxygen sensor heater circuit with a multimeter
- Inspect wiring and connectors for damage
- Measure the resistance of the sensor heating element
