Wear of the cam disc or injection pump rotor

Violation of the electric injection pump control circuit

Read error codes and check for adjacent codes
Check the fuel pressure at the injection pump inlet
Check the electrical circuit of the metering valve
Replace the fuel filter
Carry out fuel injection pump diagnostics on a specialized stand
