Causes

Break in the primary winding of the ignition coil J
Wire break in coil J wiring harness
Corrosion or poor contact in the connector
Blown ignition circuit fuse
ECU control channel malfunction

How to Fix

Read error codes, record freeze frame
Inspect coil J and its connector for visible damage.
Measure the resistance of the primary winding - open when reading OL/∞
Check the presence of power (+12V) at the coil connector with the ignition on
Check the wiring from the coil connector to the ECU for breaks
Replace the ignition coil J or a piece of damaged wiring
