Causes
- Error in the torque calculation algorithm in the ECU firmware
- Severe engine wear that changed its actual characteristics
- Incorrect data from several sensors simultaneously
- Air leaks in the intake tract
- Internal ECU fault
How to Fix

- Read data from all sensors - MAF, MAP, TPS - evaluate their correctness
- Check the intake tract for air leaks
