- Regulator pressure solenoid malfunction
- Open or short circuit in solenoid circuit
- Low transmission fluid level
- Transmission fluid contamination

How to Fix
- Check the level and condition of the transmission fluid
- Check the solenoid circuit for opens and short circuits.
- Check the resistance of the regulator pressure solenoid
- If necessary, replace the regulator pressure solenoid
- Check and, if necessary, replace the transmission control module
