Causes

Bank 2 solenoid control wire short to ground
Short circuit of bank 2 valve solenoid windings to the body
Damage to wire insulation in the harness
Moisture or contamination in the solenoid connector
ECU output stage malfunction

How to Fix

Measure the resistance of bank 2 valve solenoid
Check the control wire for short circuit with ground with the solenoid connector disconnected
Inspect the bank 2 solenoid connector for moisture and oxidation.
Check the wiring harness for mechanical damage
Replace solenoid if internal short is confirmed
Restore wiring if insulation is damaged
