Symptoms

Periodic unstable engine operation
Unstable sensor readings during warm-up or vibration
Intermittent dips when accelerating
Spontaneous appearance and disappearance of sensor errors

Causes

Poor or intermittent contact at Group D sensor connector
Incipient insulation breakdown of the reference line wire
Unstable sensor with changing internal resistance
Moisture in Group D wiring harness
ECU reference voltage regulator instability

How to Fix

Read error codes, identify sensors of group D according to the diagram
Inspect the connectors of group D sensors, clean from oxidation and moisture
Perform a wiggle test on the harness with the engine running.
Measure the reference voltage with an oscilloscope under load - identify instability
Replace a faulty sensor or eliminate a wiring defect
Reset codes, perform a long test drive in various conditions
