How to Fix
- Connect the diagnostic scanner and read the error codes
- Determine the location of the downstream oxygen sensors on each row
- Check the sensor connection diagram according to the technical documentation
- Disconnect both downstream oxygen sensor connectors
- Swap the sensor connectors or the sensors themselves
- Make sure the connection is correct according to the markings
- Clear error codes using a scanner
- Start the engine and take a test drive
- Rescan the system to confirm that the error has been resolved
