How to Fix
- Connect a diagnostic scanner and read all error codes

- Visually inspect the wiring to the oxygen sensor for damage.
- Measure the resistance of the oxygen sensor heater (usually 2-14 ohms)
- Check the supply voltage at the sensor connector with the engine running
- Check the integrity of the sensor ground wire
